Governing Your Use of luck51.net

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and luck51 ("luck51," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of luck51.net ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on luck51.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of luck51.net following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the luck51 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall contractual framework governing your use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on luck51.net.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account by luck51.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by luck51 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the luck51.net website and all services, games, and tools accessible thereon.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the functional currency of the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer game, sports event, or other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Malicious Activity" means any action taken by a Player designed to exploit software errors, manipulate game outcomes, launder funds, or circumvent these Terms by any means.

To register and maintain an Account on luck51.net, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of luck51 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account on luck51.net that was terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a gambler where the proceeds from gambling constitute your primary or secondary source of income in a manner that violates applicable law.

Each individual may only hold one (1) Account on luck51.net. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings pending investigation. luck51 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification systems to detect and prevent multi-accounting.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. luck51 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. luck51 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number as an additional layer of account security.

All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed to be your responsibility. luck51 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security or from sharing your credentials with a third party.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify luck51 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• luck51 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from luck51 is fraudulent — report it immediately.
• luck51 reserves the right to lock an Account and request re-verification if unusual activity is detected.

All transactions on luck51.net are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck51 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (Tether). luck51 does not charge fees on e-wallet deposits or withdrawals under standard transaction thresholds.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 4 business hours depending on the sending institution. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. luck51 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed defined thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit to your Account (the "matching payment method" rule).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account verification level and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within an average of 5 minutes for fully verified Accounts during normal operating hours. luck51 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 PKT.
• luck51 reserves the right to apply a security review period of up to 72 hours for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, including unusually large amounts or atypical withdrawal patterns.
• Funds in your Account must not be used for money laundering purposes. luck51 cooperates fully with relevant international oversight bodies and will freeze and report any Account reasonably suspected of money laundering activity.

luck51 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly at the time of bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those funds.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual bonus terms. Sports bets may have separate rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is PKR 500 (or equivalent), unless specifically stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any winnings accrued.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses expire within the period specified at the time of offer. Unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds are removed from your Account upon expiry without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: luck51 monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes; exploiting technical errors to accumulate bonus funds; or any other conduct that distorts the intended purpose of a promotion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently banned.
• Eligibility: Bonuses may be subject to country, payment method, or game restrictions. luck51 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to an Account in good faith.

All bets placed on luck51.net are subject to the game-specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. luck51 does not accept requests to void confirmed bets due to change of mind.
• luck51 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed error, or human error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or conditions being displayed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Account.
• For sports betting markets, luck51 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets under extraordinary circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement; evidence of match fixing; or significant data discrepancies. Settlement decisions made in good faith by luck51 are final.
• luck51 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at any time and without prior notice. High-stakes players are encouraged to confirm limits with support before placing unusually large wagers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface. These limits apply per round, per spin, or per match as appropriate to the game type.

luck51 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using any software, algorithm, robot, or automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or third-party game provider software. Any winnings accrued through a known error must be reported to luck51 and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in any game type, including live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on luck51.net — including but not limited to the luck51 brand, logo, trade name, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, database structures, and design elements — is the property of luck51 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use luck51.net for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of luck51. Unauthorised commercial use of the luck51 brand or Platform content is strictly prohibited.

luck51 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this contractual framework. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

luck51 collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, CNIC details, registered mobile number, email address, device identifiers, IP address, transaction history, and gameplay data. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

luck51 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification service providers, and relevant regulatory authorities where required by law or licence obligation. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all luck51 Account holders free of charge at any time:

luck51's age verification processes are specifically designed to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. Parental controls and filtering software are available at a network level for households where minors have access to internet-connected devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck51's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luck51 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

luck51 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. luck51 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

luck51 is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party websites or services, including payment processors, that you may access in connection with the Platform. Any interaction with third-party services is at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under luck51's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or account decision, you should first contact luck51's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. luck51 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal dispute resolution, escalation to the relevant regulatory body under luck51's international gaming licence may be available.

You agree that any claim against luck51 must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this clause limits luck51's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

luck51 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting existing Players' rights or obligations — luck51 will provide reasonable notice by prominently displaying a notification on luck51.net and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and may request that your Account be closed and any positive Balance returned to you, subject to these Terms and any pending verification requirements.
